One of the most traditional gyms in the region. It started in Parquelândia, and has been at its current address for some time, becoming a landmark in São Gerardo and Bairro Ellery. Large, robust machines with regular maintenance. Carlitos is the guy who keeps the gym 100%: machines adjusted, clean, and lubricated. I recommend it! Go there and talk to Gorete, the friendly owner and friend of everyone. The price in June 2022 was R$60.00. It's worth it!

Well-ventilated gym, continuous maintenance, plenty of equipment, super cheap monthly fee, excellent opening hours, good instructors, and every now and then a new machine appears or is replaced. In short, an excellent gym, great value for money.
